The website provides comprehensive video tuition for Fundamental Exercises, Kicking, Breaking, Sparring and Patterns (Chon Ji up to 2nd Dan Pattern - Juche). Also included are training videos for our Little Tiger Cubs.

The World ITF Taekwon-Do Council is delighted to invite you to participate in its first ever Online UK Open ITF Taekwon-Do Pattern Championships.
This historic event will be held from 5th to 31st January with the Championship Results being published on Sunday 31st January 2021.
Taekwon-Do competitors from all over the World, from every club, regardless of their affiliation to any national or world organisation, can compete online to find the best Pattern (Tul) athletes. This event is open to all Juniors (5-17 years), Adults (18-34 years), Veterans (35-49 Years) and Veterans (50 years & over) who hold the ranks of Yellow Belt (8th Kup) to Black Belt (6th Degree). For our participants, the venue is your choice. You can create your video presentation in your dojang, home, garden or public space, as long as the area is safe for you to perform your movements without risk to you or others. We look forward to welcoming you all to our official website to enjoy Pattern Skills from some of the very best ITF Taekwon-Do athletes in the World.

Students Yellow Belt and above should ask their instructor for approval to test. To be eligible to test all students yellow belt and above must also have attended the required Pre-Grading Seminars and time between tests as follows:
Yellow Belts & Green Tags - 1 Pre-Grading Seminar with a minimum & 3 months training
Green Belts & Blue Tags - 2 Pre-Grading Seminars with a minimum 3 months training
Blue Belts to Red Belts - 3 Pre-Grading Seminars with a minimum 6 months training
Grading by Video Presentation rather than Zoom
Any student who would prefer to grade by sending in a video presentation rather than participating in a live Zoom grading can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
